2. Handmade Variations

All items sold at We’re Girls are small-batch and handmade. Due to the nature of polymer clay and the handmade process, slight variations in color, pattern, and shape may occur compared to product photographs. These variations add to the unique charm of our pieces and do not constitute a defect.

3. Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene Policy)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. However, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings for “change of mind.” If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping to Australia and New Zealand. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are out of our direct control. We’re Girls is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once handed over to the postal service, though we will assist you in lodging inquiries where possible.
